Q: How long before I receive my order?
A: Turnaround time from when your order is placed is 10 working days. We would appreciate all orders to be placed 6-8 weeks before their targeted peanut day.
Q: How are your orders shipped?
A: Small orders are shipped UPS, larger orders are shipped by a common carrier.
Q: Will the driver unload the truck?
A: All the driver is required to do is take the shipment off the truck. If you want products brought into the building, home, garage, etc., they will charge you for that service.
Q: What is the minimum order for free shipping?
A: The minimums are listed on our order form. If the minimum order is not met, a small shipping charge will be added to each order.
Q: Can you deliver at a specific time & date?
A: When and order is placed, we do our best to accommodate our customers requests of dates and times.
Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: When stored in a proper environment, products last 3-4 months.
Q: What is the proper environment to store products?
A: We ask that you store our products in a cool, dry place where there is a constant cool temperature.
